Vena Caval Obstruction
Introduction
- Most commonly seen in lung cancer (approx 75% of cases)
- Consider lymphoma, particularly in young patients (approx 15% of cases)
- Regard as medical emergency as patient's condition may deteriorate rapidly
- Essentially a clinical diagnosis
